Throughout my many years playing this game, I have come across a bunch of websites that specialize in fantasy sports. I saved them all and they are included in the

FANFOOD Fantasy Baseball Tools

and the

FANFOOD Fantasy Football Tools

Each week a different website, twitter feed or mobile application will be highlighted and reviewed for you before you “HIT the LINKS”. This week lets change it up a bit and get ready for the NFL season with the cheerleaders.

Check out COED’s Behind-the-scenes photos of NFL Cheerleader calendars. If you can’t wait for the actual calendars to be released in November, then you should know that the cheerleading squads often leave sneak-peek pictures on their Facebook pages.

This week I ask you to check out the photo galleries that COED has put together, along with a great recipe for Pork Satay.

Pork Satay

One thing that really makes this Satay recipe stand out is the peanut butter. The nutty flavor mixed with the mild smokiness of the soy sauce and the sweet brown sugar, combines well to form delicious morsels perfect for yor backyard BBQ.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound boneless pork loin
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash Tabasco
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

PREPARATION

Cut pork into 1/2″ cubes.
Place remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly mixed.
Marinate pork in this mixture for several hours to overnight.
Thread pork on skewers and grill over hot coals for eight to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.
If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for one hour to prevent burning.
