This week it’s Vermont on the Rocks
What do you get when you mix apple brandy and maple syrup? You get Vermont on the Rocks, our drink of the weekend. Now it may not sound very manly, just tell everyone it’s bourbon.
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Apple Brandy
1 oz Maple Syrup
½ fresh lemon juice
PREPARATION
mix everything in a shaker
shake well
strain into ice-filled glass
garnish with a slice of green apple
